Key accomplishments

I am an Executive Director at FSDH Merchant Bank Limited and head the Corporate Banking and branches division. I has over 30 years’ banking experience having worked in Senior Management positions across several financial institutions including Magnum Trust Bank Limited now Sterling Bank, Access Bank, Lead Merchant Bank, UBA, Ecobank, and Bank PHB/Keystone Bank. I have been instrumental to enhancing and deepening the business lines as the Corporate Banking business have grown tremendously under my leadership, winning with innovation and recording several firsts in the process.

I am a graduate of the University of Benin and the Nigerian Law School. I also have an MBA from the University of Wales (Holborn College), United Kingdom. I have participated in several senior management, leadership and personal development programs both locally and internationally including programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Management (MIT) Sloan School of Business (Boston, USA), Harvard Business School (Boston, USA), London Business School (London, UK), and IE Business School (Madrid, Spain) and various Euromoney, IFC and CWC School for Energy trainings amongst others.

I am a Wimboard Africa Fellow; Fellow and Life Member, Institute of Credit Administration (FICA); Life Associate, Women in Business and Management (WIMBIZ); Life Member, Chartered Institute of Directors (MCIOD); Honorary Member, Nigerian Institute of Bankers, (HCIB); Life Member, Association of Professional Women Bankers; Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (MNIM); Member, Women's Global Leadership Network (Energy & Technology); and Member, Women International Network (WIN). I am also an honorary Paul Harris Fellow (Rotary District 9140), Nigeria.

I am also on and have been on various committees and acted as a Mentor.
