Over the course of my career, I have played strategic and transformational roles across the Information Technology landscape, with a strong focus on aligning technology with business growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector — particularly in the microfinance banking space.
Currently, I serve as the Head of Information Technology at Sabi Microfinance Bank where I am currently restructuring their IT structure from internal procedures, to channels to enabling resilient security procedures etc. Previously I was the Head of Information Technology at Rehoboth Microfinance Bank, where I lead the end-to-end management of the bank’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity framework, digital channels, and automation initiatives. My role is both technical and strategic — bridging management objectives with innovative technology solutions to drive digital inclusion, customer experience, and institutional resilience.

I developed and implemented the bank’s IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with CBN and NDPR compliance requirements. I also established clear IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and a technology roadmap that supports both current operations and future digital growth.
2. Digital Transformation and Innovation:
I spearheaded the successful deployment of the Rehoboth Mobile App, an omni-channel digital banking platform that increased transaction volumes by over 60% within the first year. I also introduced core automation systems for loan processing, internal approvals, and reporting — improving turnaround time and reducing manual errors significantly.
3. Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Management:
