How I help mentees
As a mentor , I believe in purposeful encouragement of mentees to always draw out a career path for themselves and prepare adequately by equipping themselves with the requisite skills to drive their aspiration.
If you don't take actions , no one will take actions for you because everyone is busy focusing on their own career development .
We also draw practical lessons from really life scenarios and make decisions on the path to go.
We analyse past experiences and see how past decisions have risen to outcomes.

Key accomplishments
After just 2 years of joining the bank , there was the need to take a decision of selecting me to run the operations of my branch. The old book kicked against a rooky Banker taking up such role . But I was selected and did wonderfully well with integrity and accountability .
I was at the same time the Change Agent ,driving transformation in process , people and culture .
I had worked in almost all units and departments of the bank withing the first 2 years of joining in the year ,2007.
I had also played other major roles in quick succession as Head Branch Services , Head Cash operations , Head Customer Service , Head Funds transfer and Money transfer , Business Manager .
As am enthusiastic self development advocate , I had acquired the following qualifications and certificates since noing the bank :
1. M.Sc Accounting and Finance
2. Ph.D Banking and Finance
3. Associate , Chartered Banker
4. Project Management Professional Certification
5. Designate Compliance Professional
6. Associate , Chartered Accountant (in view).
These , among other great achievements , including running a closed branch for 3 years and achieving growth after a robbery incident .
Winning the MDs Customer acquisition drive as an operations staff with All expense paid trip to the Republic of South Africa for 1 week .
