my experience in the banking industry can not be overemphasize, as an credit officer, i have succeeded in administering credit worthy customers with 95% recovering success, this had been achieved through team work and resilience approach to our client. team work is key in every organizational growth. I also worked in the operation department served as an cash officer in charge of cash management and direct supervision of counter tellers, as well as reconciliation on a monthly bases.
