How I help mentees

I discovered that a lot of people has difficulty in grooming the younger officers. Lack of understanding of their roles and responsibilities impacts the younger ones negatively and most of the times, they are discouraged.

Key accomplishments

I have uninterrupted banking experience for 27 years across 4 banks in Nigeria. I have been with Wema Bank for almost 14 years.
My work experience is from Treasury Marketing, Branch Operations, Sales & Marketing, Strategy and Business Development.
I constantly ensure the achievement of my targets which has led to my growth from branch manager to Zonal Manager and presently Regional Manager.
