In roles such as Head, Customer Service Unit and Head, Cash & Teller, I effectively managed frontline operations, ensured compliance, optimized cash management processes, supervised staff, and implemented customer satisfaction strategies that improved service delivery across multiple branches.

Transitioning into relationship management and account officer roles, I deepened my expertise in business development, credit appraisal, portfolio management, and loan recovery, contributing significantly to revenue growth and customer retention.
