I can help mentees properly on what excellent customer service meant to their organization and the customers. I can also guide mentees on Risk Management and operational excellence where developing an ownership spirit through self motivation would be explained in detail.

I have had the privilege of working on the IMTO desk where I proccesses Telex transfers, Weternunion Moneygram etc. I grew the number of consummated transactions by 25℅ through excellent relationship management.
As an Head of Operations at a time in a Microfinance bank, I was able to forestalled a fraud through proactiveness and Risk Management
experience. I drove operational efficiency within the bank with a 40℅ cost reduction and process improvement which earned me a double-step promotion within a year. I grew our customer base by 25℅ through an excellent customer service and relationship management. I groomed the operations team of the bank who had no prior banking experience to becoming
professionals through a weekly KSS(Knowledge Sharing Session)
