Relationship with people is significant in growing and having a successfully career. People say, "Your network is your net worth" God has used network of people to assist in my career development. So, I will be providing power of relationship in career development by sharing tips and strategies the to having healthy relationships with people for successful life and career development.
Key accomplishments
My experiences span from both profit and not for profit making organisation with local and international companies or organisations over a decade. Having risen from a trainee credit officer to senior credit officer, Team Lead and a Branch Supervisor, I had privileges of starting and leading a SME credit unit in a Branch successfully. I had privileges of starting and leading new branches finance house in Yaba and Alaba, Lagos, grew branch portfolio from zero to hundreds of millions. I had successfully trained and raised people with zero finance and credit service knowledge, who have become experts in finance, credit services, risk analysts, branch managers in various finance house within Nigeria.
Currently, I lead financial management and investment of a continental organisation with innovations in project developments and experience in grant application writing.
