How I help mentees
Conflicts arise frequently in course of our daily activities on the job and outside the job. The ability to manage these conflicts can impact progress and opportunities therefore attention must be given to conflict management. Over the past years, my experience has greatly shaped my ability to manage conflicts and has heightened my ability to teach others how to manage conflicts.
Key accomplishments
Starting off an entry level position and rising over the years to the role of regional Head, I have been exposed to several conflicts which occurs frequently in course of carrying out the job. I realize that how we manage these internal or external conflicts have a direct impact on progress on the job. I have been able to harness and sharpen my skills in conflict management using a lot of emotional intelligence to further the benefits of conflict management.
