How I help mentees

I like to give my mentees my personal experience in my leadership journey, listen to then and offer them advice/guidance in making decisions that will help them navigate their own leadership journey. I also like to challenge and support them to bring out the best in them.

Key accomplishments

I have served on various boards for almost 30 years. My leadership experience includes serving as past Chairman of Access Bank Plc, Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria and Acting CEO of Trust Bank of Africa. I am the current Chairman of MTN Foundation, Mainstream Energy Foundation, FCSL Asset Management Limited and a board member of various companies including NGX Plc.
