Key accomplishments
In my last role at an engineering company in the oil & gas industry, I functioned as the Business Development & Operations Officer. During my tenure there was a great communication-gap strategies adopted & this shaped the Operations progress in a very short time. I worked with a great team & developed a Business Plan that would serve as a guide for a 5 years progressive journey. In the shortest time, there was a huge improvement in communication between management and the staff.
Also I worked with The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria as the Membership Manager, during my tenure, we had a 55% increment in membership, 65% improvement in response time and 60% improvement in digital presence.
