How I help mentees

I will be glad to help young bankers realize the fact that you can lead from anywhere, either at the front, or at the back or even at the middle. It is all about offering yourself to take on additional responsibilities.

Key accomplishments

I was part of the team that rebranded Union Bank (2014 - 2019). I worked alongside selected people to entrench the new Union Bank culture and branding of "Simpler, Smarter bank".

Currently I have introduced lots of smarter approaches to tackle security challenges at my current work place, which include creating staff security awareness and quarterly training of staff on basic security issues.
