Key accomplishments
- I am currently the Head, ERM & Compliance of one of the biggest Microfinance banks by asset in Nigeria. I have developed and implemented the ERM Framework for the bank. Having putting up the ERM department almost from scratch, it has earned commendation from Regulators and recorded improved Regulatory risk rating from Weak to Acceptable within 24 months.
