Served as Head of Operation for 6 years and as M/D for 5 years with a Microfinance Bank.
Presently serving, as a certified and licenced National Business Development Service Provider (NBDSP), as Director of Business Development, with Homeland Consult and Training Institute Ltd for 10 years.
Accomplishments:
The first to access the CBN MSME Loan at 9% interest p.a. in Abia State for our bank and financial cooperatives, and managed the interest draw-back program successfully.
The first MFB M/D to produce the 'BEST FARMER OF THE YEAR' for CBN annual award in the State.
Trained, certified and prepared business plan for over 2000 beneficiaries of the CBN/NIRSAL MSME Loan.
Trained, certified and prepared business plan for 3000 beneficiaries of the Empower Graduate program, at IMO State University Auditorium.
Trained and prepared Microfinance Candidates for CIBN examination at Rhema University, Aba.
Consulting with EDC/TNY Youth training programme, and one of the BDSPs to the Fashion Future Program (FFP) in Aba, Abia State, with award of 'excellent performance' as BDSP.
Consulted with many MSMEs in town as BDSP.
