I am the Head of Central Operations and Trade Services at Wema Bank. I have over two and a half decades of experience in Trade and domestic operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in various capacities. I have successfully implemented process improvements, yielding significant impact on bank operations. Through collaboration with key stakeholders, I have driven growth and partnered with industry thought leaders to shape the operational environment.
I have supported clients and colleagues alike in building capacity and acquiring skills, and I am passionate about mentoring young professionals and executives, with a special focus on women. My research and publications include several papers offering recommendations to address FX challenges in Nigeria.
