I became Head of Operations 2021 till date: Within three years as Head of Operations , I was able to transform the Microfinance from paper and cash operations to paperless
and cashless operations using the state of the act cutting edge solution.
Specialises in writing configuration scripts that suit the operations of the microfinance aim is to ensure the Core Banking Software is tailor to suite operations.
I am very good in delivery training on Cash Flow Flow Based Lending methodology
