My strength is in guiding the shift from analysis to influence. I help build the ability to think first, analyze second, and turn data into clear, credible stories that position professionals as strategic partners early in their careers.

Currently a Partner & Co-Founder of Truss Ugavi LLC. A Texas-based consulting firm and career school focused on supply chain and analytics. I also support the Finance & Operations team of top oncology outfit operating out of Texas and part of the US Oncology network.
