Ejiofor Chukwuelue is a finance, analytics, and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, banking, technology, and consulting. He currently serves as Lead, Finance & Operations at Texas Oncology, where he supports financial performance, operational analytics, and data-driven decision-making within a complex healthcare environment.
His career includes senior leadership roles at Keystone Bank, where he served as Head of Technology & Telecommunications and previously as Head of Aviation & Projects, as well as earlier roles in banking, product management, and business analysis. Across these roles, Ejiofor has developed strong expertise in financial analysis, business performance, risk management, technology-enabled transformation, project leadership, and strategic decision support.
Ejiofor holds an MSc in Business Analytics from Hult Business School, an Executive MBA from Pan-Atlantic University, and a BSc in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Port Harcourt.
