Have attended many conferences and seminars in Nigeria and abroad.
How I help mentees
By sharing firsthand insights gained from years of hands on experience across technical, operational, and executive levels of both the banking and real estate and construction sector respectively. My background in the two sectors allows me to mentor from a position of practical knowledge rather than theory alone. I bring value through lessons learned from the bank and the real projects, leadership transitions, business growth, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making under pressure. Additionally, my experience as a CEO enables me to guide mentees on leadership development, team management, ethical business practices, and long term career sustainability, while inspiring them to believe that growth from the grassroots to executive level is achievable with discipline, consistency, and commitment.
Key accomplishments
Was a branch manager in three different branches before living the banking industry. I transitioned to the construction and real estate sector and managed, constructed and delivered over 700 affordable housing units in the North East (Yobe and Bauchi) under the Family Homes Fund initiative. We have also delivered other projects under the TETFUND in some states.
