I would like to support CIBN mentees by sharing practical, experience-based guidance on career development within the banking and financial services industry, particularly in sales, marketing, and relationship management. Drawing from my professional journey, I can help mentees understand industry expectations, develop strong work ethics, and build the competence required to succeed in a competitive banking environment.
I am keen to mentor mentees on areas such as client relationship management, communication skills, professionalism, personal branding, and performance management. I also hope to guide them in making informed career decisions, managing workplace pressure, and positioning themselves for long-term growth and leadership.

I am a seasoned banking professional with over 17 years of experience in Nigeria’s financial services sector, with core expertise in sales, marketing, and strategic relationship management. Throughout my career, I have held progressive roles within the banking industry, managing diverse client portfolios and driving business growth through effective market development and customer engagement strategies.
My experience spans corporate and individual banking, where I have been responsible for client acquisition, portfolio growth, revenue optimisation, and relationship retention. I have consistently delivered results by identifying market opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and aligning client needs with appropriate financial solutions, while maintaining strong ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
In addition to my corporate career, I have demonstrated leadership beyond the workplace through entrepreneurship and mentorship initiatives focused on capacity building, leadership development, and professional growth. I am the founder of The 2705 Events Company and BLAM (Blooming Amazons), platforms through which I have facilitated structured mentoring and development sessions aimed at helping professionals build clarity, confidence, and competence in their careers.
