Provide business finance support to specific business area in accordance to accounting standardguideline; Support planning, target setting & budgeting estimate activities; Build and maintain strong relationships withthe Business and establish a working environment where you can work closely across the wider finance team to ensure alignment ofobjectives; Champion process improvements within the team, leveraging data analytics to standardize workflows, simplify reporting, andautomate manual processes; Manage operational deliveries including developing and sustaining knowledge retention. Cost Optimization & Financial Performance Monitoring - Lead preparations and engagements for key governance meetings and the bi-weekly joint monitoring meetings to strategize on cost optimization, arrears repayment, and lifting activities, ensuring alignment withfinancial targets; Track cost performance against the approved Santolina plan, implementing corrective actions to maintain budgetarycompliance; Drive 100% cost recovery for Shell from JV partners by driving arrears recovery, monitoring JV disbursements vs. cashcalls, and proactively flagging and reporting under-funding risks for mitigation; providing critical analysis and challenging estimates toensure financial accuracy; Collaborate with business lines to generate cash call estimates and compile necessary supportingdocumentation for funding approvals; Manage vendor invoice reconciliation, ensuring timely resolution of overdue payments; Prepareand present weekly overdue invoice and payment reports to the Santolina leadership team, enhancing transparency and accountability. Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; Develop monthly FinancialPerformance Reports and Quarterly Performance Appraisals with detailed commentaries, driving data-informed decision-making.
