Key accomplishments

I am a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in banking. Over the course of my banking career, I have worked in diverse areas of banking including Customer Service, Personal Banking, Consumer Products and Business Development (Marketing). As a Certified Retail Banker, and a Practitioner of the Enterprise Design Thinking of IBM, I have made significant contributions to my organization. My career has been result-driven, innovative thinking and a commitment to teamwork and organizational success.

I am an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB); a Certified Retail Banker of the Retail Banking Academy (UK), has Executive Masterclass of the International Certified Risk Management Professionals, UK; a Member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria, and IBM Certified Practitioner in Enterprise Design Thinking. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

I was a member of the former Diamond Bank team that designed the Diamond Business Advantage (DBA) and Diamond Xtra products that made the bank one of the best Retail banks at the time. These two products are currently retained (by names and product features) after the merger with Access Bank Plc due to the impact they have created on the retail banking space in the country.

As a Branch Manager, I have pioneered the establishment of two Branch locations at Jankara (Lagos Island) and Ogunlana Drive (Surulere)both in Lagos, that are rated as one of the best branches in terms of Balance Sheet and Profitability.

With the support of my team, I transformed Oregun Ziatech Road Branch of Access Bank from a loss-making branch to the most profitable branch (in the Directorate), and being one of the teams with the highest Balance sheet size. In the 2025 Financial Year, my team broke the record as the team with the highest Deposit growth and the third best in Risk Assets growth in Lagos 2 SME Banking Directorate.

My Branch Management experience spans over 12 years.


One of the core factors of my success story as a Banker is teamwork. My understanding and application of this has helped me achieve the successes recorded in the various units I have worked in my organizations. I am always open to knowledge and new ideas.
