As a Development Finance Officer (DFO) in Central Bank of Nigeria, retired in Umuahia, Abia State , was sadled with Conversion Policy of Community Banks to Microfinance Banks. Encouraging the State Governor to allow the establishment of Microfinance Banks in all the 17 Local Government Areas for nearness to the grassroots as result of identification of character and cash for loan assessment. After ny disengement i floater a Cooperative Union 'Abia Finance Cooperative and Credit Union Ltd. As a PFI , it assessed N10m out if N222b FG Funds. It was disbursed, refunded to CBN.
When the CBN/Nirsal program emerged, my Company, Homeland Consult And Training Institute Ltd was an EDI, trained over 5000 applicants and over 2,500 applicants benefited. Our duties cut across Hospitality, Agribusiness, Tech, Skils Acquisition , Confectionery, Sheo and Tailoring. Human capital was our mandate.
