Key accomplishments
Paulette Leo-Olagbaiye is an MBA graduate from the prestigious Alliance Manchester Business School, UK. She holds a B.SC Human Nutrition from the University of Ibadan with training on fundamentals of management from London School of Economics. She has attended several professional development courses both locally and internationally which includes the Middle Management Program at Wharton Business School, Philadelphia, U.S.A, Systems Dynamics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, U.S.A, High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and Senior Management Programme at Lagos Business School. She is also a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Paulette started her career in September 2001 with GTBank Plc, Joined Access bank in October 2005 and later joined Keystone Bank January 2018 as Group Head of Local Corporates and Multinationals. She has over Twenty years in the financial services industry in varying positions; she has garnered experience in Relationship Management, Branch Operations and Internal Auditing. She has worked and travelled to various locations in the course of work to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and targets are met.
Paulette is highly skilled in Business development, Credit analysis and Loan structuring, Trade services, Cash management, Internal Audit and Investigations, Banking Operations, Relationship management and high-level networking with all key Executives. An illustration of this skill is her ability to seamlessly put up a bi-annual networking forum for all Key distributors and the corporate executives within her market segment.
