How I help mentees

Good ethical behaviour is a foundation step for individuals to be valuable members of society. I would like to enhance that value in the mentees who are in the Financial services industry. They will also benefit from my wealth of experience in the Banking sector.

While being a core banking operations staff in the various institutions I have worked, I have been at very senior Management / Leadership positions spanning all the units of Operations. Currently the Chief Operations Officer responsible for Bankwide Operations at Parallex Bank Limited.
