Work Life Balance. My academic field is Business Management and I have taught many courses and published many articles on Work Life Balance, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Culture, Effects of Stress in Banking, Life After Banking

Key accomplishments

Spent 17 years in the banking industry and 7 years in the academic space. I was a foreign exchange officer, Head, International Operations, and a branch manager. Currently, I'm Head, Business Administration, Ag.Dean, College of Management and Social Sciences, and Director, Entrepreneurship Development Centre.
