How I help mentees

I can add valuable insight to my mentees because:
i. I handle a lot of training engagements which enables me to interact with diverse trainees with their unique experiences in the workplace
ii. This wide interaction keeps me up to date on happenings in the workplace. It affords me insight into topical issues that can be addressed with the mentees

Key accomplishments

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria as well as a Certified Management Trainer, accredited by the Nigerian Council for Management Development (NCMD). I am also a Certified International Trade Logistics Specialist, endorsed by the International Import-Export Institute, Glendale Arizona, USA. I have an MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri and a Bsc (Honours) degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

I have over 27 years working experience in banking and consultancy. I am a passionate facilitator/trainer. My areas of expertise are in International Trade, Supply chain, Logistics, Procurement, Risk Management, Banking Operations, Sales and Human Capital Development.

With the vast experience that I've gained over the years, I bring valuable insight to my training and facilitation engagements. This adds significant value to clients who cut across various sectors, cadres and industries.
