I will support mentees in building strong professional capacity, ethical leadership, and strategic clarity required for high performance in today’s financial and business environment.
Drawing from my experience in banking, enterprise leadership, export trade, and multi-sector entrepreneurship, I will help mentees strengthen strategic thinking, financial discipline, governance awareness, and execution excellence. I will guide them in translating strategy into measurable action plans, managing risk, improving decision quality, and building resilient career or business pathways.

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCIB), Founder and CEO of Pleroma Farms and Agri Business Limited (Pleroma Foods), and Lead Strategist at Pleroma Management Consulting Limited. I bring over a decade of experience spanning banking, financial advisory, agribusiness, export trade development, operations leadership, and enterprise capacity building.

In my career, I have played strategic leadership, operational leadership, and investment advisory roles, building scalable businesses, strengthening governance structures, and driving sustainable growth across multiple sectors. I have successfully founded and scaled multiple ventures, including Pleroma Foods, which operates in the food and beverage export value chain and currently exports to the USA, UK, China, Germany, Turkey, Togo, and Gambia. Our facility holds HACCP, FDA, GACC, Trademark, and Exporter’s License certifications, with NAFDAC and SON in view.

I work directly with over 1,000 women and youth smallholder farmers and more than 1,500 aggregators, strengthening supply chains, improving quality systems, and enabling market access. I have led export readiness programs, product standardization, compliance frameworks, and international market penetration strategies for MSMEs.

I am a certified and active mentor with multiple global platforms, including Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), and the World Bank SWEEP program. Through these platforms and Pleroma Management Consulting, I have coached and mentored over 580 women-led startups across 12 African countries (outside Nigeria), supporting them in financial management, governance structures, operational systems, fundraising readiness, risk management, and growth strategy. Over 52% of my mentees have successfully formalized their businesses, secured funding, improved profitability, and entered new markets.

I am also actively involved in renewable energy development through Pleroma Energy, delivering community electrification and solar solutions for SMEs and public facilities, achieving early profitability and operational scalability.

My accomplishments include leading award and grant applications, public-private partnership concept development, export trade facilitation initiatives under AfCFTA, and partnerships with institutions such as ITC SheTrades, GIZ/MOVE, UK Trade Partnerships (UKTP), and UNDP-linked programs.
As a mentor, I bring strong expertise in leadership development, financial discipline, strategic execution, governance, operational excellence, and market expansion, with a strong commitment to developing ethical, high-impact professionals and entrepreneurs.
