I can provide value to a mentee by offering practical, real-world guidance drawn from over 25 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking and my work in corporate governance advisory. I can help mentees understand career pathways in banking and finance, build strong credit and financial analysis skills, navigate regulatory and governance expectations, and develop sound judgment in decision-making. Beyond technical skills, I can support mentees in leadership development, ethical conduct, stakeholder management, and transitioning from operational roles to strategic and board-level thinking.
Key accomplishments
I have over 25 years’ experience in commercial and corporate banking, with expertise in structured credit, corporate finance, and strategy. Since 2019, I have worked in corporate governance advisory and training, supporting boards through evaluations, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance engagements. I have also held leadership roles, including Chairman, Branch Managers’ Association (Edo State); Vice Chairman, Edo State Chapter of CIBN; and President, Rotary Club of Benin.
