I have over 10 years of experience in both academics and industry. Over the years, I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses with a strong emphasis on academic rigor, student engagement, and continuous curriculum improvement. In the area of research and academic development, I have actively contributed to knowledge production through publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, and collaborative research projects. My research outputs align with both national and international academic standards and contribute meaningfully to the university’s research profile. I have also participated in academic conferences and workshops, enhancing my professional development and global academic engagement.
With regard to industry experience, I have served as an insurance marketer and a regional operational manager in FMCG industries in Nigeria and contributed to administrative, sales and marketing regional growth and development.
