How I help mentees
I can assist in giving them a pathway based on my experience on the job in the last 16 years. Starting from an intern to a non full time staff to a full time staff. I believe they can learn from the shared experience that will help in their career progression as well.
Key accomplishments
I have worked in all departments of Branch Operations. I currently double as a faculty officer for my region in conducting trainings and knowledge sharing sessions for the Zone.
I am also currently a PhD Candidate at Babcock university Ilishan Ogun State due for convocation in July 2026. Communication is my area which is very key in banking, especially in the areas of complaint managements and customer relations/engagement.
