Key accomplishments
I worked with University of Lagos as full time Assistant Lecturer for 3 years and part time Lecturer for another 7 years in Accounting Department of the Faculty of Management Sciences, I trained as an Auditor/Consultant with Oni Lasebikan and Co (Ernst and Whinney) for 30 months to obtain practice license. I worked in Internal Audit Department of Mobil Oil Nigeria Limited and was Acting Manager Financial Audit when I resigned. I joined friends to establish a training and consultancy outfit that ran successfully for about five years before the unrest that followed cancellation of June 1993 elections. I joined Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation as Manager in 1994 and rose to Deputy Director before retiring in 2016. Since retirement, I have been involved with training, consultancy and examination matters.
