Key accomplishments
My experience in the past ten years in banking has been challenging and exciting. I have realized that banking goes beyond just dressing well but about excellent customer service, good morals and dedication to job functions.
I joined the bank with a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, but today I have a Ph.D. in Banking and Finance. I have worked as cash officer and currently as head of Operations. I have trained a lot of staff for customer care and teller job functions. I have also groomed my staff in the area of personal development. In all branches I have worked, I have ensured a conducive working environment which brought out the best in them and better performance for the branch.
