I am interested in leadership and responsibility.
For those i intend to mentor, they will exposed to leadership qualities and an awareness of their responsibilities as leaders. They must know that failure is unacceptable and together and by everyone playing her or part a win becomes possible.

Within this period i have been to lead a very lean team and we have accomplished so much over the years. One of my greatest achievement is been able to run a team where team members experience career growth. Further to this being able to also lead teams that a free rancor and lack of self worth. My team are group of people who are confident at all and who can compete and as well represent the team internally or externally where several professionals gather for either business or social activities.
