I have over 21 years of progressive experience in banking operations in Nigeria, rising from a Teller to Divisional Operations Head in 2023 before relocating to Canada in 2024. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to professional and academic development, earning two Master’s degrees and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management.
Since relocating to Canada, I have focused on HR Project Management, specializing in process automation and waste elimination to drive operational efficiency. I am well-grounded in HR strategy and organizational transformation, with a strong passion for optimizing systems, enhancing performance, and leading sustainable change initiatives.
