We will give them first hand information before and after joining the bank or other financial institutions that will guide them through the journey rather than caught up unaware and dropped half way.
The basic idea is to be trained and established the culture of honesty and integrity.

Key accomplishments

During my active service as a Regional Controller, many staff has been tutor on honest and integrity. This has span through book written to be launch next month to guide every individual that would like to join the financial world. Also the company is designed to establish every institution on how to have level of control to prevent and reduce the level of fraudulent activities
