To encourage the mentees to focus on banking and finance professionalism, effective delivery of banking services in relation to sales and marketing duties that will add value to the growth and development of their various organizations. To build an enviable career in banking and finance so that they can be relevant both within and outside the banking industry as a good ambassador of our great institute, The chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Key accomplishments
1. 16 years post graduation banking working experience within the banking hall in retail, commercial and corporate banking as well as micro finance banking with 13 years in various managerial positions. As departmental heads, branch mangers in 5 commercial banks and a General Manager in a Microfinance Bank I contributed immensely to the growth in balance sheet sizes and profit maximization of the institutions.
2. 12 years professional banking practice working experience outside the banking hall, offering banking, financial advisory and management consulting services to various clients in agric commodity exports and trading, oil & gas marketing and distribution, estate developers and other entrepreneurs, documentation for raising funds for their working capital needs, resolving conflicts with banks, loan work out services. Credit creation and management Training for MFBs and Mortgage banks as well as loan recovery services to MFBs and other financial and allied services.
