How I help mentees
I will always share my experience and knowledge with the mentees assigned to me in the area of leadership and responsibilities. As a leader, it is your responsibility to bring up those under your purview regardless of their shortcomings, every opportunity must be seized and leveraged to inculcate in the mentees key leadership qualities that will make them to be alive to their responsibilities at all times and without fail.
As an auditor, discipline remains the key to success in every sphere of life.
Key accomplishments
Management Representattive (MR) on the Group and the Company's Qualitty Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 from 2018 up to date.
The QMS certifications of the Company have been sustained up to date with intermittent surveillance audit reviews and recertification audits carried out by the certification body, NGCL up to date.
Reviews of the Company system and operations on quarterly basis with reports to the management on exceptions that require management interventions for corrective actions.
Facilitation of the Company's annual statutory audit and manadatory reviews of the Consultant on internal control on Financial Reporting (ICFR) made compulsory for all public interest entities (PIEs) effective year 2023.
