How I help mentees
I'd love to help mentees navigate their careers by sharing the practical, unwritten rules of corporate finance, the stuff they don't teach you in school. My value comes from showing them how to transition from being great technical analysts to becoming influential strategic partners who sit at the decision-making table. I can offer firsthand experience in how to translate complex situations into clear business strategy, how to master the boardroom communication style, and how to proactively manage risk while still driving growth. Essentially, I'd help them build the leadership presence and financial judgment necessary to confidently accelerate their path toward executive roles.
Key accomplishments
I’m a finance analyst and project management professional with over a decade experience spanning private, mortgage and investment banking with wealth of knowledge in project management, asset and liability management, investment and portfolio management, credit management, sales and marketing as well as strategic human resource management.
I was the Ag Head, North for Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Ltd (Formerly GTHomes Ltd) and a partner at The Havilah and Dunes Co, a bespoke Financial Advisory firm involved in over USD$30m worth of deal structuring and financing. I held different senior positions at ASO Savings and Loans Plc. At Centrum Finance, I helped improved the company’s revenue through business re-engineering strategies and ultimately positioned the company towards profitability.
