ECOBANK NIG LTD - Regional Manager (Lagos Mainland) - Sept 2023 - Date
 Provide oversight functions of twelve (12) branches consisting of marketing and operations team with a combined staff strength of over 130 and ensuring smooth banking operations.
 Training, motivating and mentoring of Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and Direct Sales Agents (DSA) within the Region by consistently providing “on the job” training amongst the staff, engaging them to apply discipline and planning in their daily activities thereby improving efficiency.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 Within the first 5months, we increased the Region’s CASA by N12Billion (from N47Bn to N59Bn) and total deposit by N13.9Billion. These were further increased by N9.7Bn and N28Bn respectively by June 2024. Various strategies adopted includes “track & trap” deposits, priming suboptimal accounts, reactivation, opening new accounts amongst others.
 The Region was further restructured in July 2024 and we improved the new CASA figures from N56.14Bn to N72.3Bn while total deposit grew from N79.1Bn to N97.7Bn by June 2025.
 Improved profitability by renegotiating various concessionary rates that were non-profitable to the Business. Also focused on relationships with low-cost funds as well as improving our non-interest income lines.
 Involved in full liquidation of a delinquent facility (N330million) of over 5years.

GTCO Deputy Divisional Head & Relationship Manager (SME Banking)
May 2017 – June 2021.
 Deputizing for the Divisional Head (DH), I provided oversight function of managing the SME Division of Lagos Mainland I, consisting of fourteen (14) marketing teams in fourteen (14) locations with a combined staff strength of 51 and ensured smooth banking operations.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 Mentored two loss-making teams in the Division to achieve profitability in 2020 after 6years of loss making since its establishment through tailored-made marketing strategies.
 Facilitated the setting up of a new team (SME Anthony) in the Division, mentored and coached the team to achieve PBT in excess of N10million within the first five (5) months.
 Grew the Division’s Balance Sheet from N40.58Billion in May 2017 to N58.97Billion in 2021 and PBT from N604million in 2017 to N1.1Billion in 2020.
 Facilitated the recovery of over N100million from delinquent loans that have been outstanding for over 4years.
 Member of panel responsible for recruitment of some Transaction Officers (TO) within the Bank.
 Also, as Relationship Manager of a team (SME MBA), I provided leadership in the team of 4 staff and achieved incremental growth on a year-on-year basis for four consecutive years (2017 to 2020) growing the Balance sheet from N2.08Billion in 2017 to N3.96Billion in 2020 and PBT from N21.2million to N67.8million during the same period.
 Increased the team’s average core risk asset base from N101million to N297million and customer base from about 2,800 to over 5,000 customers.
