Key accomplishments
With over 15 years of professional experience in the banking industry, spanning both microfinance and commercial banking, I have built a solid background in financial management, marketing, and institutional growth. My career began in Nigeria and extended to another African country, where I rose through the ranks to become the Head of Marketing and Communications. In that role, I led several strategic initiatives that strengthened brand visibility, improved customer engagement, and contributed significantly to the bank’s growth and profitability.
During my tenure, I had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that deepened my understanding of how businesses operate and thrive in competitive environments. These experiences shaped my professional approach to leadership, innovation, and relationship management, while also reinforcing my passion for driving organizational transformation through strategic thinking and effective communication.
In 2022, I took a bold step to advance my academic and professional development by relocating to the United Kingdom for further studies. I hold a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Lagos, an M.Sc. in Management (Marketing) from Swansea University, and a Diploma in Leadership from ALDC, Covenant University. I am also PRINCE2 certified in Project Management (PeopleCert) and a proud Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), having previously attained Associate (ACIB) status.
Having gained valuable experience in banking, my immediate and long-term goal is to establish a consulting practice that provides innovative business solutions, supports organizational growth, and creates employment opportunities for others
