Key accomplishments
Over 30 years experience in development finance supporting micro enterprise development. Started as an Investment officer and rose to Head of Branch Operations at Bank of Agriculture (1985 - 1996). As CEO of DEC Micro finance I was able to grow its portfolio from NGN125 million to over NGN1 billion in six years (2005 - 2010). Currently CEO of Social Enterprise Development Associates (private enterprise) providing technical support to community based financial service providers (financial cooperatives, financial services associations - savings and loans groups), helping to design financial services implementation/operation guidelines, training on management skills, provision of consultancy services on financial inclusion strategies.
