How I help mentees
A major setback in Nigeria's economic development is leadership. Sadly, lack of leadership reflects in all areas of development in the country. As one with a doctorate degree in Leadership, I am well grounded to add value in the areas of character reformation, dignity in labour and ways to reduce crime in society.
Key accomplishments
Having put in over 15 years in the commercial banking sector and 10 in microfinance banking sector, I have been able to turn around moribund organisations into sustainable growth. I am also involve in mentoring of students at secondary and tertiary institutions, re-directing their steps to purposeful studentship and leadership.
