Professional Profile I am a results-driven Financial Inclusion Innovation Manager, Business Coach, Management Consultant, and Agile Business Transformer, with extensive leadership experience as an MD/CEO, Credit Analyst, and Investment Partner. My career is built on a foundation of empowering businesses through financial innovation, driving growth, and leveraging technology to foster inclusion and sustainability. My career began in 2009 with AB Microfinance Bank, a multinational institution headquartered in Berlin, Germany, where I rose from a Trainee Loan Officer to Senior Credit Analyst, mastering the intricacies of credit analysis, SME financing, and lending operations. At Letshego Microfinance Bank, I served as a Branch Manager and key trainer, delivering comprehensive induction and seasonal training programs on lending technology while helping launch innovative products like Education and Health Sector Loans. As Head of the Commercial Department at Nigeria’s first education-focused microfinance institution, Edfin Microfinance Bank, I led efforts to expand market reach and drive customer-centric solutions to low cost private schools in Lagos. I later assumed the role of MD/CEO at Lifegate Microfinance Bank Limited, where I guided the bank’s operations and strategy towards sustainable growth. At Rivy (formerly Payhippo), I hold the role of Head of Credit, where I combined my expertise in business development and credit analysis to enhance client acquisition, streamline credit processes, and ensure effective risk management. My leadership enabled the company to scale its operations and deliver tech-enabled financial solutions that empowered underserved businesses. As the Founder/CEO of Luminex Business School and Consult, I now lead programs that equip entrepreneurs with practical, market-driven skills in business strategy, financial management, and value creation. Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Benson Idahosa University and a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. I am a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (CIBN) in microfinance and have earned a Certificate in Digital Strategy for Business from Columbia Business School (Emeritus).
