I began my career at LAPO Microfinance Bank as a Branch Manager and rose through the ranks to Area Manager, Divisional Manager, and Head of Operations. In February 2026, I was appointed Head, Accounts and Corporate Reporting Unit. I specialize in financial reporting, operational leadership, problem solving and digital transformation, with a strong focus on strengthening financial systems and driving performance in fintech-enabled microfinance institutions.
